Tehran, May 22, IRNA - The Islamic Republic of Iran Army on Saturday congratulated the Palestinian people on their victory in the 12-day war against the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip, saying that today the mighty and oppressed Palestine and hero Gaza showed the enemy's impotence.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Iran Army said that the victory of Palestinian people in the Twelve Day War against the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip reminds of an inspiring message of the Islamic Revolution at the regional level and the sign of hope for the clear path and fruitfulness of resistance and stability against oppressors and usurpers.
The victory of the oppressed Palestinian people in the Twelve Day War against the Zionist regime in the Gaza strip proved the divine promise in victory of the good over the evil, this statement added.
Iran Army in its statement issued on the occasion of victory of the Palestinian people in the war against the Zionist regime said that the recent triumph showed that resistance on the battlefield with usurpers will undoubtedly enter a new phase , in which the resistance will continue until the final victory and freedom of the Holy Quds.
The forces of the occupying Zionist started their brutal attacks and aggression against the Gaza Strip on May 10 and have so far killed hundreds of Palestinians and injured over 1,200 others; and in response to the continuing Zionist aggression on Gaza, the Palestinian resistance front has launched rocket attacks on the occupied territories .
