Tehran, May 27, IRNA – Iranian lawmakers will hold a virtual meeting with the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Thursday, a member of Majlis (parliament) presiding board announced.
Ahmad Amirabadi Farahani made the announcement at the Majlis session this morning.
IRNA reported on Wednesday that parliamentarians are scheduled to virtually meet with the Leader on May 27.
The meeting would normally take place each year in first days of Khordad- third month of the Iranian calendar year- on the occasion of inauguration of first round of Majlis 41 years ago.
At the meeting, the lawmakers will brief the Supreme Leader on their one-year performance.
