Tehran, IRNA – Brazil Workers' Party issued a message on Saturday, congratulating Ebrahim Raisi on winning Iran’s July 18 presidential election.
Workers' Party (PT), the second political party in Brazil and the party of former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, wished success for the Iranian president-elect.
Workers' Party (PT) in this message congratulated Raisi’s election in the recent presidential elections, adding that they will stand by Iran in the construction of a world that is multipolar and more united in the face of adversity, in which all nations are equal with respect for international organizations and international laws.
Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva served as the 35th president of Brazil from 2003 to 2010.
Raisi secured more than 18 million votes to win Iran’s presidential election.
