He added that a joint venture should also be established within two months.
He stressed the importance of building a bridge between Iran and Iraq.
He noted that the projects need maximum two years and 100-120 million dollars investment.
Qasemi went on to say that launching Iran-Iraq railway will make Iran's exports to Iraq safer and cheaper.
