In his message, President Rahmon expressed certainty that the two nations will promote cooperation through determination and sincere efforts in line with serving national interests.
As he noted, the two countries enjoy cultural and historical commonalities.
During the past three decades, officials of the two countries have made efforts to plan for reaching high level of constructive relations and finding new ways to have comprehensive cooperation, the president said.
He further described continuation of those efforts as important.
At the end of his message, the Tajik president wished prosperity, peace, and florescence for the Iranian nation and president.
